To whom It may concern:
I am informing you that you have an employee on your district that is in need of some motivation and or action. This individual and engine seem to be on a different page then others. I don’t know how they get away with eating after briefing and charge time . This is against so many rules and personably morals. I have also noticed that this engine Captain doesn’t like to leave his truck very often, I assume it takes two people to run a type 6 engine. I know that phones are now able to do incredible things but it isn’t good to be on it as much as this person was. On and off the Line. I only bring this up because I have worked with this engine a couple of times over the last three years and there seems to be a trend. There are several out of work people that would love to do his job and do it the way it was intended. Thank You for taking the time to read this email. |
